Mindbody and
Chronic Pain
Support and Resources
Guidance from Experience
When my pain started, I remember the frustration, and then as it got worse, I remember how desperate I became. I fortunately discovered mind-body science through a friend, but there are very few people who are aware of it, let alone how to implement it.
I approached my primary medical doctor with the information, and she was very receptive to it, as she had attended some conferences about the new research regarding chronic pain. She practically begged me to become a coach as she knew how much this was needed. There are coaches available, but most are fully booked. I also know that obtaining resources may be relatively easy (podcasts, videos, etc.), but navigating them can be confusing. I was very grateful to my coach because his approach is much simpler. A person may need to implement new modalities to recover, but the way we relate to the pain is what is most important.
If you suffer from chronic pain, migraines, dizziness, chronic fatigue, anxiety, depression, long Covid, skin issues, IBS or other digestive issues, you may (probably) have Neuroplastic pain or TMS (tension myositis syndrome). The message is being sent from the brain. Because it is neuroplastic, this message can be changed.
If you would like support in navigating your recovery (and you will recover!), I would like to offer my support. Please contact me for availability.
