How the brain is a learning machine

The brain is a mystery unto itself. NeuroPhysics still doesn’t know precisely what and how the brain performs all its processes. But we know that the brain’s primary function is to keep our bodies safe.

And because our brains have been learning about their environment throughout their lives, a significant amount of information is stored there, all to keep us safe. Through this process, the brain begins to create ideas about what it is keeping safe, which is the separate identity of each of us. Our brains have developed and created the radical illusion of separation.

When we understand this, we can gain a new perspective on our spiritual evolution, which is closely tied to our human one. We are here to evolve and remove the misperception of separation. And because this illusion was created to keep us safe, we can then begin to see what perceptions don’t feel safe. So, when using Mind-Body science, we are not looking for a profound awakening; we are examining how we feel threatened, insecure, fearful, doubtful, worrisome, etc. Once we understand how the brain doesn’t feel safe, we can work to change that perception. It isn’t that complicated. It’s just a matter of convincing the brain that we are safe. We become the influencer, and we begin with fundamental steps. As we get more comfortable and see results, we can go deeper into this influential work to convince the brain that we are safe.

I apply the Mind-Body Science that I studied to alleviate my pain. Because pain and all the other chronic symptoms I developed throughout my life were the brain’s protection against perceived danger. My brain perceived danger on several levels, both internally and externally. Once I learned how to influence my brain that I was safe, the pain, my digestive issues, and my insomnia began to fade.

The brain is a complex mechanism that directly regulates and maintains order in our health through the autonomic nervous system. Through understanding the role of the nervous system in the embodiment of consciousness, I learned how vital it is to bring the brain into coherence, which is a balanced state of communication within the neural network. If the brain isn’t in coherence, we feel out of balance, because there is some unconscious perception of danger happening.

And because the Unconscious is made up of material that the brain has perceived as dangerous, bringing coherence back into the nervous system is how the brain begins to feel a bit more relaxed about the unconscious material. As the brain relaxes, it slowly begins to reveal all that was hidden, but only as directed by the Self. Because only the Self knows what we’re ready for, and what we’re not. When the mind-body application becomes Self-guided, then all the fragmentation comes to a conscious level, allowing it to be integrated into consciousness. This is the ultimate message of safety to the brain, which relaxes even more.
